1) Press "Send"
2) Before scanning, you must select destination and create a name. To rename, use the shortcut "Add Name".
3) Create a name and then press next.
4) Select "None" if you only want the name only. Then select ok.
5) After creating a name, select your destination by pressing "Address Book".
6) Select the drop down to select type of destination.
7) The destination does not matter, the name will remain the same for each type. Select one or more.
8) Finally Press the Start Button.

3) Press "Add/Edit Shortcut"
4) Select one of the 3 options. I believe add and edit behave the same way but please confirm it yourselves.
5) Please select slot 2 if you don't intend to overwrite, "Add Name" shortcut, as it is on slot one.
6) Select one from the many functions. Page 5 is where "Add Name" is at.
